General Information
-
Exchange your festival tickets for a wristband at any entry gate. If you need assistance locating your tickets please see our INFO Tent as noted on the Festival Map.
-
We recommend bringing a collapsible chair for your comfort and best views. Note that shade umbrellas must be used only at the back of the center seating area to prevent blocking anyone else’s view. If you are blocking a view you will be asked to move. Large shade tents are not allowed. Small shades for children & infants are allowed as these will not block views.
-
Head to the entrance of the Artisan Market for a free water refill station available all weekend long. Make sure to take care in the warm summer heat.
-
For all emergencies Call 911.
The crew from Weiss Mobile Medics are on hand throughout the festival. Their truck is located directly behind the INFO Tent. Please head there if you need assistance with minor medical concerns like cuts, scrapes, heat related illness etc.
Volunteers are always on hand to assist as required.
-
Almost the entirety of the festival site is on flat, level ground. Please stop at the INFO tent if you need any special accommodations.
Certified Service Animals are allowed on site with proper identification.
If you have any questions please reach out in advance of the festival or speak with any Volunteer over the Festival Weekend.
-
We’re still working on being able to predict and control the weather - in the meantime if there are any serious weather concerns please follow instructions from festival staff and volunteers.
Updates will be posted on our Social Channels. Please head to your vehicle in the case of an emergency. We also have a number of safe shelter locations pre-planned and available if needed. Festival staff will communicate on site as required.

Check out all the options on our accommodations page. There lots of great camping around or hotel accommodations within a short drive.
Trust that the drive will be worth it for a great weekend away!
Are you travelling from the west? Medicine Hat or beyond? Google maps will often suggest a route via grid roads - which can be tricky depending on the weather and vehicle.
For the easiest, most comfortable drive, we suggest:
Take Highway #21 south through Maple Creek
At the junction with Highway #13, head east for 54 KM to Eastend.
