Centralized Camping Reservations!

For the first time, Big Flat Folk Fest is offering centralized reservations for festival camping, making it easier than ever to stay closer to the action all weekend long.

When purchasing your Big Flat 2026 ticket, you’ll have the option to reserve a camping spot for the full weekend. These sites are spread throughout the town of Eastend and are all within easy walking distance of the festival grounds. NOTE: These reservations do not apply to sites at the Town Campground - see below for full details.

What to Expect

Camping sites are located at several designated locations throughout Eastend including the Rodeo Grounds, Elevators, Kin Park, School Park and more!
All camping areas are walkable to the festival site.
Campsites will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon arrival in Eastend.
There are 3 types of sites available:
- Powered RV/trailer sites. *limited number available.
- Unserviced tenting/walk-in sites.
- Unserviced RV/trailer sites.
Portable washrooms will be provided at each camping location.

Good to Know

No additional services are provided at camping sites.
Camping fees are non-refundable once purchased.
Map will be updated as we’re able to offer additional locations.

Eastend Town Campground

Reservations details above do not include the Eastend Town Campground sites. Once festival logistics are finalized, we will announce whether a limited number of campground sites will be available. If offered, these will be bookable separately on a first-come, first-served basis. Make sure you’re following us on Facebook and Instagram for the most up to date information.
